"Fit was off"
I tried putting it on, but it just didn’t line up right. Not sure if it was this or something else, but the fitment felt way off

"Customer service was kind of okay"
It’s hard to describe, but the customer service was just okay. I had to wait a little while to hear back, but they did eventually answer my question. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the response had been a bit quicker

"Arrived faster than I expected"
I assumed it would take a few more days like most orders do, but it showed up quickly. Everything was fine when it arrived, so no complaints from me.

"I was really hoping to find what..."
I was really hoping to find what I needed, but the selection was limited. I found a couple of things, but most of the options I expected just weren’t there or were unavailable. It felt like I had to keep being patient and make do, which got frustrating.

"Solid parts, honestly no complaints"
I ordered a few parts for my UTV from utvdirect.com and... they ended up being better quality than I was expecting. Everything felt sturdy and well made, not cheap or flimsy like some other parts I’ve picked up before.
The install was straightforward, and everything fit the way it was supposed to. I’ve been using them for a little while now and nothing has loosened up or broken, so... yeah, I’m happy with the purchase and I’d order from them again.

"Not bad, but the prices ain't exactly low"
The stuff works fine and I can't say it doesn't do the job, but the prices just didn't feel worth it to me. I didn't feel like I wasn't getting anything useful, just that it cost more than I'd want to pay.

"Pretty confusing to use"
I had a hard time using the site. The pages felt cluttered, the menus didn’t really line up in a way that made sense, and I kept bouncing around just trying to find basic information. A few sections were slow to load too, which made it even more frustrating.

The checkout or quote process wasn’t much better. It felt clunky, and I couldn’t always tell what I was supposed to do next. After a while, I just gave up. It really needs a cleaner layout and a more straightforward flow.

"Order Got Here, Just Took a While"
My order did arrive and yeah, everything was in the box, so that was fine. It just took longer than I expected — and the tracking, actually, that barely updated for a while, which was a little annoying. Not a bad experience exactly, just kind of average for me

"Returning it has been such a hassle"
I tried to return an item and it’s been way more annoying than I expected. I sent the request, waited around, got really slow replies, and now I’m still sitting here wondering when the refund is actually going to show up. It’s just one of those things where you think it’ll be simple, and then suddenly it turns into this whole drawn-out process.
